The beautiful Courtown Woodland area is situated immediately north of Courtown village. It covers approximately 25 hectares. There are a number of stunning walks with great pathways where you can walk along through the forest and take in the natural surroundings. Take a look at the images and see for yourself the beauty that is Courtown Woodland.

The Village of Courtown dates back to 1278 and the harbour itself was constructed in the 1800's. While Courtown has grown from strength to strength over the years you can take a look at some of the images and see for yourself that some of the quaint cottages and historical sites are still present. Courtown has also moved with the times and you will see the vast imrpovements that we have made to our village also.
